Puno Exalcalde de Taraco pasará 19 años preso por desfalco de un millón de soles

El Juzgado Colegiado Supraprovincial de Huancané sentenció a 19 años de pena privativa de la libertad al excalde distrital de Taraco (Huancané), Andrés Miliano Incahuanaco Ticona, como autor de los delitos de peculado doloso agravado y contra la fe pública. También fue condenado su contador Zacarías Santamaría Payé a 16 años de prisión.

Los jueces, Sandra Suni, Augusto Castillo y Lorena Meses, emitieron la sentencia condenatoria el pasado 26 de setiembre, en relación a los hechos sobre el gasto de más de un millón 158 mil soles en solo 15 días, sin respetar los procedimientos de contrataciones del Estado, para la ejecución de un camino rural en esa localidad en el 2012.

Los magistrados lo hallaron responsable por el delito contra la administración pública, en forma de peculado doloso agravado condenándolo a 10 años de pena, al igual que sus cómplices: Zacarías Santamaría, Sebastián Vilca, Silvia Arapa y Magali Apaza.

Pero también fue hallado responsable del delito contra la fe pública en forma de uso de documento falso, con nueve años de prisión, mientras que su hombre fuerte, Santamaría Paye, recibió seis años de pena por este mismo delito.
