Familiares de hombre asesinado protestaron en Juliaca
Familiares y amigos de Pedro Hugo Mamani Ramos, de 46 años de edad, presuntamente asesinado en el 2011 por Jhon Elard Cari Condori (23) y Gino Mamani Ponce (22), protestaron en la sede del poder de Juliaca, provincia puneña de San Román, exigiendo la máxima sanción para estos jóvenes homicidas.
Para la mañana del martes, estaba programada la audiencia de la lectura de sentencia, pero los imputados no asistieron, lo que encendió la irá de los allegados a Mamani Ramos, quienes despotricaron contra el Poder Judicial indicando jamás se dedicó dejar en libertad a estos sujetos.
Cabe mencionar que, el crimen se cometió el 7 de junio de 2011 después de un gresca producto de haber libado licor, cuando Mamani Ramos fue ultimado a pedradas por cincos sujetos, dos de ellos los imputados que para entonces eran menores de edad.
