FPF deja «libres» a jugadores de Fuerza Minera

La Federación Peruana de Fútbol FPF, respondió la consulta de la Liga Departamental de Fútbol de Puno, sobre la situación deportiva del club Unión Fuerza Minera y ratificó que el club altiplanico tienen el derecho de jugar en el campeonato de la Segunda División Profesional y en tal sentido los jugadores quedan libres para poder actuar en otras instituciones, si ellos lo requieren.

ANTECEDENTES. Hace algunas semanas la Liga Departamental de Fútbol de Puno, que tiene como presidente a Hector Salas Chahuares, envió el oficio N° 063-LDFP-2015 al presidente de la FPF, Edwin Oviedo, consultando sobre el futuro del club Fuerza Minera, en vista de que diferentes versiones de comisiones de la FPF, daban distintos puntos de vista.

Mientras el vicepresidente de la FPF, Agustín Lozano, expresaba que el club puneño estaba en la obligación de participar en el torneo de la Segunda División Profesional, por haber obtenido el subcampeonato de la Copa Perú el año pasado; la Comisión de Fútbol Aficionado – Copa Perú, cuyo presidente es Roberto Ramos Ruiz, a través de oficios daba luz verde para que la institución puneña participe en el presente campeonato del “fútbol macho”.

Sin embargo en más de una ocasión, consultado sobre el tema, Agustín Lozano, reitero que Fuerza Minera debía jugar la Segunda Profesional, y que tenía que respetarse el reglamento de la Copa Perú.

Fue ante estas distintas versiones y notificaciones (oficios) que la liga puneña de fútbol consultó a la FPF la situación real del club minero.

RESPUESTA. El pasado 13 de mayo, la secretaria general de la Federación Peruana de Fútbol, respondió la consulta al directivo puneño, aunque en algunos puntos queda claro el tema, en otros no lo es tanto.

“El referido club (Fuerza Minera) obtuvo la posibilidad de participar en el campeonato organizado por la Asociación Deportiva de Fútbol Profesional – Segunda División (ADFP-SD) 2015, la misma a la que el club pidió lo exceptuaran de participar mediante carta N° 004-CDUFM-2015, argumentando razones económicas y documentos emitidos por el presidente de la Copa Perú”, se puede leer en el segundo párrafo de la respuesta de la FPF.

Mientras que en el cuarto párrafo de este documento se puede leer. “Asimismo los jugadores que excedieron la edad para realizar transferencias según el reglamento de la Copa Perú, pueden transferirse por única vez, siempre que no hayan hecho uso de ese derecho en ocasión anterior”.

Con esto la FPF acepta y atribuye la “libertad” de los jugadores que excedieron la edad (28 años) para realizar transferencias, en vista que Fuerza Minera tiene el derecho para jugar en el torneo de la Segunda División Profesional, y así lo hace saber en la última parte del documento, “los mismos (jugadores) no tienen porque verse afectados por la decisión del club Fuerza Minera de no participar en el campeonato de la Segunda División Profesional”.
