Aprueban 55 millones para iniciar construcción de autopista Puno-Juliaca

Será una realidad. El Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones aprobó el estudio Definitivo de Ingeniería del Proyecto de la obra “Construcción de la Autopista Puno – Juliaca”, mediante R.D. N°002-2015-MTC/20, en la víspera, tal cual se puede apreciar en el portal de Transparencia Económica del Estado.

Asimismo, esta cartera ministerial asignó un presupuesto inicial que supera los 55 millones 102 mil nuevos soles para el inicio de los trabajos de la obra, debido a que el proyecto emblemático será cofinanciado con el sector privado, según expresó el parlamentario puneño Rubén Condori, quien es presidente de la Comisión de Presupuesto y Cuenta de la República.

Cabe recordar que el proyecto fue declarado viable en agosto del 2013, por la Oficina de Programación de Inversiones (OPI) del Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones, bajo el marco del Sistema Nacional de Inversión Pública, con código SNIP 92806, por un costo de 278 millones 350 mil nuevos soles por 50.8 km.

El proyecto propone la colocación de una carpeta asfáltica y la construcción de: 29 mil 320 metros de zanja de tierra sin revestir, 17 mil 510 metros de sub drenaje, 02 puentes tipo viga–losa, 01 puente tipo batería de alcantarilla de 07 ojos; y la construcción o reemplazo de 127 alcantarillas tipo marco y 30 alcantarillas tipo TMC.

Finalmente, es necesario destacar que según Transparencia Económica del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas, gracias a las gestiones realizadas, ya existen los más de 55 millones de soles en el presupuesto modificado PIM, lo que significa que el inicio de la obra en este 2015 está garantizado.
