Decano de Ingenieros llama “incapaces a trabajadores del Gobierno Regional

Jaime Puma Salazar apuesta por la realización de concursos públicos para ocupar gerencias.

Como un argumento sin sentido ha calificado el decano del Colegio de Ingenieros, Consejo Departamental Puno, Jaime Puma Salazar, a lo dicho por el gobernador regional, Juan Luque Mamani, quien hace algunos días había dicho que en la región existe incapacidad de los profesionales técnicos y por eso su gestión no avanzaba al rítmo que él esperaba.

Lo aseverado por la autoridad regional encontró respuesta inmediata en Puma Salazar quien aseguró que en realidad existe incapacidad en los profesionales técnicos que están en el entorno del movimiento regional Proyecto de la Integración Para la Cooperación (PICO).

En la actual gestión del Gobierno Regional, no se ha hecho por ejemplo una convocatoria externa, los profesionales que trabajan no son necesariamente los mejor capacitados, sino a quienes se deben pagar favores”, sostuvo el titular del Colegio de Ingenieros Puno.

Cuestionó también el hecho de que a todos los profesionales técnicos se les quiera meter en el mismo saco. “Aquí prevalece el favoritismo y este es uno de los factores por el cual, los mejores ingenieros por ejemplo salgan a trabajar a otras regiones”, aseveró el decano.

La propuesta desde la decanatura es que el Gobierno Regional realice un concurso público para ocupar las diferentes gerencias de la institución.

“Basta de contratar a profesionales solo por el pago de favores, no podemos seguir así”, agregó.

Finalmente, Jaime Puma Salazar refirió que buscará reunirse con Juan Luque Mamani, para hacerle llegar algunas propuestas desde la institución que él representa.

“Como colegio, estamos en la capacidad de inclusive brindarle asesoría técnica, uno de los indicadores que demuestra que se ha rodeado de malos profesionales es la baja ejecución presupuestal, esta situación se tiene que revertir por el bien de la región Puno”, concluyó.
